OUR HISTORY
The boom of the 1980s and 1990s
In the early 1980s, Roberto Baraldi, Ferdinando’s eldest son, joined the company’s management staff, developing the sales network and significantly growing the offer and production of both flexible and rigid PVC profiles.
Due to the continued growth of production, a larger and more modern plant is built in order to further the company’s development. The start of production of aerosol dip tubes also dates back to those years.
In the 1990s, Giorgio Baraldi, Roberto’s brother, also joined the company: he was responsible for the development of the fishing tube and extension tube sector in particular, which enabled Green Star to become a European leader.

We want to be a safe and constant point of reference for our clientele to whom we offer support in the implementation and development of new projects.
Green Star Ltd. of Modena today has 20 employees with a plant that was completely renovated in 2005 and covers an area of 6,000 square meters.
The sales network is further expanded by an office in Milan for export.
More than 50 years of experience in the extrusion industry, together with constant renewal of equipment and control systems, have enabled the company to achieve excellent quality levels with timely and impeccable service.
