FIELDS OF APPLICATION
Today Green Star of Modena can produce plastic pipes with outside diameters from 1 mm to 125 mm with cutting to the desired size. Round section pipes can be used in different and numerous fields of application some of which are listed below: pipes and sheaths for the cable coating, pipes for the construction industry, Cardan joint cover tubes for the agricultural sector, extension tube in PVC flex for valve canisters for the industrial sector and DIY, automotive tubes , food tubes .
VERSATILITY IN PACKAGING.
For some specific processes and in the face of the numerous requests and needs of some sectors, Green Star Srl has developed on rigid material tubes cutting systems that can guarantee length tolerances of +/- 0.1 mm. Cuts with angles other than 90 degrees and special blanking are also performed upon request.
MAXIMUM PRECISION IN CUTTING
Rigid tubes can be cut into bars or to the size required by the customer. Hoses, in addition to always being cut to length and boxed, can be wrapped in cardboard reels of various sizes or in plain rolls.
